With the I LOCK IT app, you can easily lock and unlock your frame lock using your smartphone—fully motorized, keyless, and always ready to use.

At the same time, the bike lock app lets you keep track of all your locks, adjust settings and configurations, track their location, and share access. This way, multiple people can use the same bike, or you can switch between different bikes equipped with I LOCK IT frame locks.

Our I LOCK IT PRO combines smart motion sensors with a built-in GPS tracking system. The sensor detects any vibration and immediately triggers a 110 dB alarm.

At the same time, you’ll receive a notification via the I LOCK IT app and can track your bike’s location in real time. This keeps your bike safe from theft—with smart technology that protects it before any damage occurs.

Installation: Retrofitting a Frame Lock on a Bicycle

This electronic bike lock can be easily retrofitted to almost any bike — even if it didn’t previously have a frame lock.

The I LOCK IT is either attached directly to the seat stays’ mounting point or installed on bikes without a compatible mounting point using our installation adapters.

I LOCK IT communicates via Bluetooth with your smartphone and uses the connection to control the automatic unlocking. The smartphone can conveniently be left in your pocket for this purpose. I LOCK IT opens automatically as soon as you approach your bike. Just hop on and ride.

Will I LOCK IT fit my bike?

With our installation check you can easily verify whether the I LOCK IT frame lock is compatible with your bike. For the subsequent installation, a template is available on our download page that allows you to compare the measurements directly on your bike.

How long does the frame lock battery last?

The integrated rechargeable battery lasts up to nine months. When the battery is running low, I LOCK IT and the I LOCK IT App will inform you ahead of time. You can then easily recharge I LOCK IT through the integrated USB-C port, for example with a power bank.

How secure is an I LOCK IT frame lock?

I LOCK IT bike locks feature a multi-level security system that is unique worldwide. Sturdy materials, a durable locking shackle, and a built-in alarm provide reliable protection against theft. If someone attempts to steal your bike, you’ll receive an immediate notification via the app—and with the optional I LOCK IT accessories, you can customize your protection.

How do I open the bike lock if my smartphone battery is empty?

You can easily open your electronic frame lock even without a smartphone. In the app, you first set a personal colour code that lets you unlock the lock manually. Alternatively, I LOCK IT can be operated with a smartwatch or the optional key fob – without a smartphone, with the same convenience.

How does I LOCK IT protect my bike from being carried away?

If someone attempts to steal your bike, I LOCK IT sets off a loud alarm that alerts passers-by and scares the thief away. You will also receive a theft notification on your smartphone straight away.

With I LOCK IT PRO, you can also track your bike's location if it is moved.

Can I LOCK IT be operated via smartwatch?

Yes, I LOCK IT can be easily opened and closed with an Apple Watch and you can keep an eye on everything important.
